Insist on LETTERS to and from the agencies. They can't alter their words printed on paper that have been mailed to you. Nor can they alter your words either. KEEP COPIES of your letters to them.
You had better be telling the truth and citing FACTS you can back up with evidence or witnesses sworn statements.
Document, Document, Document. This costs nothing and is the MOST IMPORTANT thing you can do in your defense. Keep detailed records of who said what, when. Don't allow unsupervised interviews with the children: Unsupervised interviews with your children are little more than conditioning sessions where DHS/CPS/DCFS workers and their captive counselors use questioning methods that would not be allowed to be used against a murderer, much less against a frightened and impressionable child. Your children just aren't prepared to withstand such leading questioning, which is designed to get something on you. youd better be being good to the kids, because cps is here on earth, then you got to deal with someone else

sometimes someone says someone has no food, and they come and you open your fridge, show them food, and its all over. sometimes the devil uses them and here's somethings you can do while praying , to save your familys life. I found out from lawers and doctors CPS is not kids friends, and I want to help anyone who is being "investigated". you can call me too.

*GET A INDEPENDANT WITNESS, or the whole village... a lawer or friend. ONE WHO WILL BE THERE , when you talk to or they serve the search warrent SO CPS CANT TWIST YOUR STORY. ~make shure they are an acredible witness, your letting them fight beside you for your kids~ Be polite, even if you're incensed: Their attitude will make you angry. It is designed to do so to allow them to write in their report: "Subject exhibits latent violence and is uncooperative." Strike one. That's part of the scam. study the southern bell way of coursing...("yes maim" means back-off)

The public school has long proven itself a producer of the most rotten fruit we see in society today -- so why would a Believer want to prop up a system that is so obviously of the kingdom of darkness?
Everything you present to your children influences them. When you continually introduce conflicting worldviews in the main subject matter, this gets into the heart of mind of your child. This ad says it all when it comes to why Christians should not let their children be discipled by non-Christian curriculum.
as for public schools... you are supporting taking God out of schools, and giving hundreds of dollers a day to suport the taking kids to abortion clinics during school hours,

2 Corinthians 6: 14-17 says, "Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? And what agreement has the temple of God with idols?" Therefore, "come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord."
Some Christians are under the mistaken belief that since they are homeschooling and since unbelievers are homeschooling, that they are doing the same thing. But shouldn't what we are doing be radically different from what the unsaved homeschooler next door is doing? Is this about homeschooling or is homeschooling a means to an end (in our case, raising up a child in the Lord Jesus?) Educating children cannot be severed from discipleship. Everything we teach should be in light of the lordship of Jesus Christ. Studying mathematics, for example, should be done for the purpose of being a blessing to others through our ability to say, build good bridges. And in the wonder of mathematical rules, children should see the glory of God. But unbelievers are homeschooling for very different reasons -- to create what the public school is creating -- a worldly child.
When you look into the eyes of your children, what do you see? An eternal being who is fearfully and wonderfully made. What does the unsaved mom sitting next to you in the government homeschooling group see in a child's eyes? A product of evolution who lives only for this world?
